We are excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Director of Education who will work as a key part of our school improvement team. The postholder will focus on supporting curriculum development across the Trust, working with senior and middle leaders in schools to ensure that all of our young people benefit from an ambitious and equitable offer. Our Assistant Director of Education will oversee the development of our professional development offer for our teaching staff, ensuring that our young people benefit from an exceptional learning experience, and that our colleagues are supported to achieve their aspirations.
The focus on curriculum development will include the personal development curriculum on offer in our schools, ensuring that each of our young people benefit from a broad range of opportunities and a rich educational experience.
This post offers the flexibility for colleagues from a range of backgrounds and experiences to be able to shape the future of our Trust, utilising their skills to support improvement at scale.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively with all members of our Trust community.
